Samantha Pacheco is a multimedia-based artist whose work explores themes of whimsy, often engaging with surrealism and both an illustrative and realistic approach. With a background in paint and illustration, she has developed a distinctive approach to her unique character styles and environment building, which is directly influenced by the natural world and the music she listens to, as well as the music and arts community she is a part of.

 

Samantha’s work is characterized by her attention to detail in her scope of work, focusing on movement, dimension, and a crisp illustrative ingredient used to create a feeling of depth and emotion in the space. She seeks to make art her catalyst for self expression, challenging the viewer to be imaginative and playful, while also fostering an emotional connection with the work.

 

Currently, Samantha is working on a new series of paintings, continuing to evolve her exploration of dream-like imagery and imagination. She lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
